Dental Implants & Gum Disease Treatment
LANAP Laser Therapy
LANAP laser therapy is a revolutionary new treatment for gum disease that can do so much more than removing inflammation and infection. One device holds seven different pulsations, each with its distinct tissue interaction- including painless removal of the source of your problems (inflammation) without ever cutting or sewing your gums! LANAP laser therapy may even help restore missing supporting tissues like gum and bone to give them more longevity.
Implants
Dental implants are an effective and practical way to replace missing teeth. The titanium post, called an implant, is placed into your jawbone and allowed to heal for a few months. The implant integrates into the bone which makes it strong enough for chewing. Dental crowns, bridges or dentures can then be attached onto the implant, so you maintain a natural appearance while still having tooth function!
Dentists recommend dental implants to provide patients with more stability in their mouths when biting down on food. These replacements also look entirely like new teeth.
Gum Grafting
Gum grafting is a procedure to replace lost soft tissue as a result of recession. Healthy gum tissue from the palate or other sources may be used to augment areas where the gum has receded or become thin. This added tissue may lead to improved esthetics and decreased tooth sensitivity.
Osseous Surgery
Osseous surgery, also known as pocket reduction surgery, is a procedure that gets rid of bacteria living in pockets. During the procedure, the gums are surgically pulled back from the teeth to allow for removal of the bacteria and tartar. This procedure is sometimes done with additional bone grafting to help repair the damaged bone.
Crown Lengthening
Bone Grafting
Bone Grafting is a way to repair the jawbone around your teeth. In addition, they can be used to build up bone so that dental implants can be placed in areas previously deemed too deteriorated for implant placement.
Ridge Augmentation
Ridge Augmentation Is utilized when patients need jawbone augmentation to increase the amount of bone for an implant. This procedure helps to recreate the natural contour of the jaw and gums, and providing an implant area with the support and structure it needs.
Bone Morphogenic Protein (BMP)
Bone Morphogenic Protein InfuseTM Bone Graft contains a manufactured bone graft material that is approved for use in sinus augmentation and localized alveolar ridge augmentation. It provides an alternative to bone-harvest surgery, a secondary procedure which can be painful for some patients and lengthens the healing process. Infuse Bone Graft provides proven, predictable bone formation and is supported by extensive research and clinical results.
Tooth Extraction
